Net-30 is available after a brief credit application. Public-sector buyers (schools, government) and established corporate accounts typically qualify on first order. Send us a W-9 and any vendor onboarding paperwork and we'll route the credit app.
Most Pro Clubline SKUs ship within 2–4 weeks. Larger custom orders or selectorized stack configurations can run 4–6 weeks. We confirm lead times in writing on the quote.
Domestic only currently — lower 48 plus AK/HI. We can quote freight to U.S. military bases overseas (APO/FPO) but commercial international orders require export coordination we don't handle directly.
Not currently. For removal of existing equipment, we work with regional partners who can quote haul-away as a separate service. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll connect you.
On-site assembly by a Body-Solid-approved installer: uncrating, full assembly per the manufacturer's spec, basic anchoring where required, and removal of packaging materials. Priced as a separate line item — depends on order size and ZIP.
Yes — multiple delivery addresses on a single PO is our standard process for hotel groups, apartment portfolios, and school districts. We coordinate per-site freight and delivery windows separately while billing the master PO.
Lifetime on frames for commercial use, 2 years on cables/pulleys, 1 year on upholstery. Pads and select wear items are 90 days. Full warranty terms are in the Pro Clubline catalog (downloadable above).
Not currently — but we work with a partner architect who specializes in commercial gym layouts and can provide CAD-spec equipment plans as a paid service. Send us your floor plan and we'll make the intro.
