The Body-Solid FID46 is a heavy-duty Olympic leverage bench built around a 3" round-stock steel mainframe. It combines a full flat / incline / decline bench with an integrated leg developer for prone leg curls and seated leg extensions with full 90-degree back support, so a single station handles both upper-body pressing and concentrated lower-body work.

Key Features and Benefits

The back pad locks into nine positions (-20°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70°) and the seat pad offers eight positions (0°, 4°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 12°, 15°, 17°). Adjustments are synchronized with a glide-and-lock pull pin, so changing angles between sets stays quick.

The integrated leg developer accommodates prone leg curls and seated leg extensions, anchored by the same mainframe that supports pressing. Pads measure 2¾" thick to absorb load on both upper-body and leg work without bottoming out under heavier lifters.

Transport wheels are built into the base for repositioning between exercises or storage, and the bench is designed for use inside Power Racks, Smith Machines, and Body-Solid leverage gym systems for traditional barbell pressing alongside the leverage station.
