The Body-Solid GFID225 is a folding flat / incline / decline multi-bench built around a 2" x 4" 14-gauge steel mainframe. It ships fully assembled and uses a pull-pin folding mechanism so it can be stored flat between sessions while still delivering seven ladder-style back positions for full FID training.
Key Features and Benefits
The seven-position back pad ladder covers flat, multiple incline, and decline angles. Built-in transport wheels and the pull-pin fold mechanism let you collapse the bench and tuck it against a wall or under a rack when you are done training.
The mainframe is 14-gauge steel in a 2" x 4" profile, giving the bench a heavy-duty feel despite its folding design. The 2024 refresh introduces a black powder-coat finish.
Because no assembly is required, the bench is ready to use straight from the box — useful for pop-up training spaces, garage gyms with limited floor area, and mobile trainers who need to set up and break down at multiple locations.

What if something arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos. We file the freight claim and replace damaged parts at no cost to you.

Return Costs
Customer is responsible for return freight on non-defective returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened or partially-assembled units.
Defective or Damaged
