How will my equipment be delivered?
Curbside freight via LTL carrier. A tractor-trailer drops the equipment at the end of your driveway or curb. Threshold or inside delivery is available for an additional fee — call (678) 637-9375 before ordering.
When will it ship and how long does delivery take?
Most orders ship from the Body-Solid manufacturer warehouse within 2-5 business days. LTL transit typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your destination.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes — adult signature required (21+). The freight carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window before your delivery date.
What if I need help moving it inside or assembling?
Threshold delivery and professional assembly are available at additional cost. Atlanta-metro customers: ask us about local white-glove delivery and in-home assembly when you place your order.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll handle the freight claim and replacement on your end. Call (678) 637-9375 immediately for any concerns.

Return Costs
Customer is responsible for return freight on non-defective returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened or partially-assembled units.
