Pro Strength Side Lateral Raise

Build stronger, more defined shoulders with the Pro Strength Side Lateral Raise, a commercial-grade machine designed for precise lateral delt training. Built for serious facilities and dedicated lifters, this machine combines smooth biomechanics, durable construction, and multiple adjustment points to support a wide range of users and training styles. From controlled isolation work to progressive overload, it helps deliver consistent shoulder activation with comfort and stability.

The Pro Strength Side Lateral Raise is constructed with 11-gauge steel for long-term durability in demanding gym environments and finished with double-stitched commercial upholstery for lasting comfort and support. Swing-style handles help accommodate different arm lengths and natural ranges of motion, while the adjustable angle settings and back pad tilt adjustment allow users to train through multiple side lateral positions for more complete muscle activation. A foot pedal assists with bringing the handles into the proper starting position, improving setup and control, and integrated plate storage keeps weight plates organized and within reach for efficient training.

Why It Stands Out

The Pro Strength Side Lateral Raise is built to isolate the lateral delts while giving users more control over fit, movement path, and starting position. That means better shoulder engagement, smoother reps, and a more effective training experience for commercial gyms, training studios, and serious home facilities. It is a strong fit for anyone looking to add a premium plate-loaded shoulder machine that supports both performance and longevity.
