Sweet Glute / Outer Thigh - Black & Red / Silver
The Sweet Glute / Outer Thigh machine from Muscle D Fitness is a plate-loaded station built to isolate the glutes and outer thigh — movements that are hard to load heavy and control with free weights alone.
Because the resistance is plate-loaded rather than fixed, lifters can dial in load in small increments as they get stronger, without being capped by a preset weight stack.
Available in Black & Red or Silver to match your gym's finish.
